With each trunk we remove and mill we unlock a history we believe should be preserved. Like this red maple that came down in Maryland Heights. This slab revealed its unique grain, and perfect imperfections from ambrosia beetle damage.

Here at Slab Lab we believe in tree-incarnation! So this Christmas shop local and take pride in our Midwest roots (wink, see what we did there) by taking home a piece of STL history with one of our river tables.
